“Money, money, money……..money.”
Let’s face it, money makes the world go round and it affects a lot of our decisions when it comes to what items we use and buy.
Perhaps your like me, trying to switch your ALL of your beauty products to cruelty free. This process is not only time consuming but it can also be a bit overwhelming. Especially if your not wanting to go broke over night. This process is one that needs be done gradually. Since your not only looking to use products that aren’t tested on animals but you want the products to work similarly if not exactly like the products your wanting to replace them.
So how can you go cruelty free without breaking the bank?
Buy your products from the Travel size section of the beauty isle!
Well look no further than your local Target store. We’ve all have had to rush in to the store days before needing to leave for a flight, trying to find as many travel friendly products as possible to bring with us on the plane. The great thing about these petite items is that they give you an opportunity to try out different products from various cruelty free brands at a fraction of the price. And if you happen to find an item that works really well for your skin or hair than you can always go back and buy the full size item.
I’ve done this several times and it has saved me a lot of money. I hope that more brands will make travel size items so that more people can get to use cruelty free products on a budget.
Here is a list of some of the brands that I have found at my local Target store:
- Shea Moisture
- Carol’s Daughter
- Uncle Funky’s Daughter
- As I am
- Jane Carter Solution
- be Delectable
- Curls
I hope this was helpful to you all.
